• The Rescue Axe is made of forged steel, is stress relieved and induction heat-treated and black oxided. The ergonomically designed fibreglass core handle is 500mm, with a curved polypropylene jacket. The head to handle assembly uses a reverse tapered eyehole secured with an exclusive proprietary epoxy system.
  
  
• The Rescue Axe head is guaranteed not to come loose or separate under the toughest working conditions. The handle withstands over 4500kg of force.
  
  
• The Rescue Axe weighs less than 1.5kg and is center balanced. Because of its design, the Axe does the work for you. Scabbard available in both standard cotton and Fire Resistant Cotton.
  
  
• The Rescue Axe is deployed with US Special Forces and The US Army.
